The process begins with author registration and manuscript submission through the online platform. A preliminary check is conducted by the editorial assistant to confirm adherence to formatting requirements. The Editor-in-Chief then reviews the manuscript to determine its relevance to the journal.
Manuscripts deemed appropriate are sent to two independent reviewers under a double-blind review system. Reviewers are given approximately four weeks to complete their assessments. The Editor uses their feedback to decide the manuscript’s next steps.
Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission system. Authors who do not already have an account must register on the platform before submitting their manuscript. The Corresponding Author is responsible for ensuring that all required information, files, declarations, and supporting documents are uploaded correctly. Incomplete submissions may be returned for correction before editorial assessment begins. After successful submission, the Corresponding Author will receive confirmation from the system. Authors will be able to track the progress of their submission through the online platform.
Authors may need to revise the manuscript according to reviewer suggestions. Once resubmitted, the Editor evaluates the revisions to confirm they meet expectations before acceptance.
The accepted manuscript undergoes copy editing, proofreading, and layout preparation. Final proofs are created and reviewed by both the authors and the Editor. After final approval, the article is produced and published in the next journal issue.
